Janette Hampton
TRPM Property Manager
Janette is a seasoned Licensed Real Estate Agent who specializes in Property Management. She went to school for Business Management and Accounting at Merced College and is a licensed real estate professional. Specializing in property management, she has earned designations as a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist and Texas Residential Property Manager through Texas Realtors.
A recognized leader in her field, Janette has served on the Board of the National Association of Property Managers for the Fort Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter. Beyond her expertise in property management, she is also a successful investor, having built and owned three national franchises. Currently, she is developing her own RV Park Resort, leveraging her deep understanding of market trends and real estate investment strategies.
Janette’s success is defined by her ability to drive operational performance, utilizing dashboards and metrics to scale efficiency. She excels in leasing activities, investor relations, and tenant management, with a proven track record in delivering high-visibility residential and commercial projects.
