Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do not hold any units until someone has been approved. Once approved we require 50% of the deposit down to hold the unit for 14 days. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, we require 1st month’s rent plus the deposit. If you move in the last week of any month, we will require that week's rent plus the next month’s rent and deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years old to apply for a property. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Someone who has never rented a property before, someone who has no credit history, or someone who doesn’t make enough to qualify on their own may need a cosigner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply by using our website or call us and we can send you a link to the property that you want to apply for. -
How do I pay rent?
We will send you a link to your tenant portal and you will use it to pay online. You are able to set up payments using a debit card, or checking account. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Ask us before you view any property and we can review the pet policy with you on that home. We do allow pets and have a form showing the pet deposits and fees associated with having a pet. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Both you and your roommate need to call our office and we can help you with that situation. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Your lease gives details on giving notice. Once you give proper notice you just need to pack, clean the unit, and turn in the keys. We do the rest.
